  For large items like mattresses, our customer care team will coordinate with a local charity or collection partner to pick up the product directly from your home at no cost.

  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure the item is in good condition; you do not need to struggle with repacking the mattress into its original box, as our partners handle the heavy lifting.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once the collection is confirmed or the accessory is received at our warehouse, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
